Life Imitates Art

Malcom T. Liepke, Girl in white blouse 1996

I love discovering art where we can identify with the clothing, not that the classics are not enjoyable to view too. I just love art, if I could do it all over again, a museum curator would be an option, besides being a magazine editor. It’s nice to know that the crisp white shirt has evolved, and stood the test of time.

Wearing black and white is chic, you wear those colors and the right silhouette and you fit in anywhere in the world. Of course, there is the occasional color, but it’s the silhouette that matters, the right cut and design.

Keeping it clean and simple is usually the way to go, less-is-more is always the answer when in doubt. Here’s to running around chic!
