Maria Felix, Mexico’s most iconic actress walked into Cartier and pulled out of her bag her pet baby crocodile and asked Cartier to make her a necklace, brooch, bracelet, etc. Which has become coveted like the iconic Verdura cuffs worn by Coco Chanel.
As everyone knows, that even if you have the budget for pieces like that, it would still be difficult to find.
I bought the necklace and my sister Wendy insisted I purchase the matching brooch. I was tempted to get the bracelet, but that would be too much. All can be found @Zara.com.
