A’ lot has happened since the pandmic and the good news is that my health is finally starting to get under control. I have been trying not to neglect myself and cry over the problems our world faces. If you listen or read the news, take it with a grain of salt and do not allow fear to take over.

I started shopping for myself early this Valentine’s holiday. I seem to want all pink and red hearts, anything to comemerate the holiday that is two weeks away. I started with two orders from See’s and these adorable heart hearings from Roxanne Assoulin, available at Net-a-Porter.com.

I then had to order the new heart motif makeup bag from Elizabeth Scarlett and I am fighting with myself not to purchase a red velvet heart shaped jewlery box. It’s in my cart, I might lose the internal battle.

Although the score was the new tote by Demellier that was over 50% off and of course feeling guilty using my nicer handbags I had to add the Demellier crossbody bag, I don’t feel as guilty using it running errands.

And the real splurge happens to be my new sneakers, which I still need in black, I wonder though why I chose grey first. Oh, well. Once I pay off the above, I’ll get them in black.

Here’s to better days ahead…..never give up hope.
